Quick rant about recycling and plastic waste

It's so goddamn hard to recycle fucking anything. All the recycling centers are like, miles away. All the recycling bins are like, miles away. I can't recycle glass or plastic where I live. We know that plastic is hard to recycle or not recyclable at all and yet we keep making unrecyclable disposable plastic shit!

You would think because we're in a plastic waste crisis and there are articles coming out every week about scientists finding microplastics in our organs, there would be more efforts to, you know, cut back on plastics production/improve recycling, but I guess that's too fucking hard! At this rate we're going to get buried in garbage!
