WHY I AM ON NEOCITIES:
Trying to make a name for yourself on social media (especially in its current state) and trying to make meaningless stats go higher is a fool's errand. I've been online since 2016 or so, and no matter what I did or what I posted, I never broke through the double-digits in terms of likes, followers, views. After a while, I got fed up with it. Chasing those stupid numbers.
I like and use Neocities because I can just reguarly maintain this website and have people look at it. I don't need to bend the knee to some "algorithm". It's awesome.
When I get good enough at art, I want to make a career out of it one day. I want to be a character designer/concept artist.
