Mysterious Hybrid X (2024)
glorified pawapuro fanfiction turned "original" story about a guy with a sad backstory who can transform into aliens after absorbing their DNA. currently dead in the water but might escape the asylum someday (maybe)
Atsunao Seiza
HACS soldier fighting agressive aliens who finds out he's basically an alien himself *gasp*. He does not currently have a design.

Ziyix
Class: Reptilian
Origin: PSASS-Z2-04
Height: 9'3 ft.
Weight: 300 lbs.
The de facto mascot of MHX. This is the first alien Atsunao transforms into and the alien with the most amount of art and lore made for it.
Ziyix is a fur-covered reptilan alien from the snowy planet PSASS-Z2-04. of It can change the freely color of its fur to blend in with its surroundings. It is so adept at stalking prey that you wouldn't even know you're being pursued by it until it attacks you.
Other creature features included a long, orange tongue, poisonous blood and superheated claws.
The character who would later become Ziyix and kickstart this whole alien nonsense was created in a intense fit of hyperfixation on Atsumori Muneatsu, a character from PawaPuro 2016, whos final boss form looks like this. Yeah.
Molopé
Class: Humanoid
Origin: AWSC-M1-02
Height: 13 ft.
Weight: 500 lbs.
Molopé is a aquatic humanoid alien from the ocean(?) planet AWSC-M1-02. After patiently gaining the trust of its victims, it will drag them to its underwater lair and either devour them or keep them as pets. Either is a terrible fate for the victim. They know about 32 different songs, most of which are used to lure and disarm prey. They also have amazing healing powers, but if one uses theirs on you, it's only because they want you to like them more. Getting real emotions out of them is difficult, almost impossible.
Readers familiar with PawaPuro will know that Molopé is inspired by Queen Cocoro. The siren-inspired final boss of PawaFes in PawaPuro 2018. Even though it isn't very "alien-like", Molopé still stands as one of my favorite character designs I've ever made. I'd marry it if I could.
MiiSoul (2024)
story-driven fighting game featuring miis quite literally aura farming. sadly never made it off the ground because it was too ambitious. would've required making a 1 to 1 remake of the mii maker in godot. i think this was the last time i tried getting into game development

Triva:
Edgar and Rosalie are Ikenna's children. Divya was Ikenna's wife, whos death at the hands of the main antangonist, Mal, caused a domino effect that set the main story in motion. I think I retconned Divya's death at one point.
Mal was a non-Mii entity who wanted to transform all Miis into manifestations of their negative emotions, called Malforms. They also had a particular interest in Ikenna's family. Mal and the Malforms do not have designs.
"MiiSoul" is a state a Mii enters during periods of high emotional arousal that increases their strength and abilities. Nobody knows where MiiSoul comes from or what it even is, what is know is that it is the only way Mal and the Malforms can be stopped.
Ikenna, Divya and their two children were native to the land of Miitopia.
Ikenna weilds a giant scythe. It is never explained where he got it and it may be a MiiSoul manifestation.
Ikenna and Edgar were originally called "Crow" and "Raven" respectively. Their favorite colors were also White and Black respectively.
Brian, Cathlyn and Canary were siblings native to Wuhu Island. Cathlyn had ice powers and was a pro ice skater while Brian was a pro kickboxer.
Coby was a bowling champion also from Wuhu Island.
Kamitaka was the owner of Wuhu Island-based Kamitaka Air Freight.
Calico was a shape-shifting cat who claimed to be a prince of a faraway animal kingdom.
Canary was a younger child priodgy while Edgar, Rosalie and Cathlyn were teenagers (around 15-16 years old).
Edgar would've held a tome with a little Miitopia-styled imp inside of it from which he casted fire and poison spells. Rosalie would've specialized in both water spells and psychic attacks.
Edgar was based on anger, Rosalie was saddness and Ikkena was happiness, turned apathy. I don't remember what emotion Divya would've repesented.
Edgar and Rosalie are described as having uncontrollable states they fall into if they feel too much anger/sadness. Possibly becoming Malforms.
The Guest Miis and the player character were from a new original location called "Newland Island". At the begining of the game, Newland Island is overtaken by Malforms, forcing the player to flee the island and probaly go to Wuhu Island.
