In the 2050s, a group of evil alien robots known as Decepticons threaten to take over the Earth, the only force able to stop them are the Autobots, but they are at risk of disbanding due to dwindling numbers and low morale.
One of these Decepticons, Twister, has woken up in an alleyway with amnesia and a strange belt around his waist. After being taken in by a human mechanic named Kailani, he discovers that he has the ability to transform into a masked superhero by inserting Cyberkeys into his belt.
After seeing the good in humanity, he chooses to abandon his evil ways and become Kamen Rider Prime, a hero who fights for justice and freedom for all. Unwittingly, he is about to unravel a conspiracy that will reveal the truth behind the belt's origins, the disappearance of several high-profile Autobots, and everything he once thought he knew about his past.
As a rider, he has a vehicle and classic elements motif. He transforms with key-shaped gimmick items called Cyberkeys.
