Damion Rex is the billionaire founder and CEO of Amico, the largest tech conglomerate in the world. Some of their services and products include various social media sites, a search engine, an online storefront, their own proprietary OS, laptops, phones, farming equipment, medical equipment, IoT devices and most recently, a generative AI everything-app. Amico Amy.

Amico, which started out as a humble social media site for artists has grown into a tech juggernaut that has firmly rooted itself into almost every aspect of modern society.

But being the owner of a multi-billion dollar tech giant is not enough for Damion. He wants the whole world in his hands. He wants the whole world to be reliant on his company. To be reliant on Amico to the point of wanting to take control of the entire internet and set in motion Web 4: his plan to transform it a corporate-owned "everything site" ran by Amy-powered bots.

While Damion poses as a philanthropist and tells the public he wants to advance society into a better future. He really has nothing but contempt for humanity, who he belives is inferior to AI. He views his employees as replaceable peons and despises the creatives that helped build the foundations of his tech empire. He activity sends out hits on those who threaten or so much as criticize the company.

Deep down inside, Damion wants to be an AI himself. He wants to be Amico Amy, to be Web 4. He wants to subjgate humanity and bend it to his will. If he could just merge himself with Amy and gain control of the entire Internet, then he could be unstoppable.

But how would he be able to do that? It's just simply not possible to merge yourself with a digital entity.
