Bio

Shouying Huang (​黄烁英) also known by her nickname Tsai, is a pro skateboarder, pro snowboarder, amateur ice skater and a Spiritus Pactmaker. She is a member of the ragtag Pactmaker Union, the All-Stars, alongside Tatsuya Den, Maria Keene and Michael Walker.

She has participated in the 2025 Asian Winter Games and her main aspiration is to win the gold medal for her country in the Olympics, though she fears her duties as a Pactmaker and the looming threat that is Amico may get in the way of that dream.

She is a physically and mentally strong person who does not like to be bossed around. She really hates being alone, her friends are her rock.
